Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Central London Rate: £400 Must have high end / prime residential experience. Our client are a well respected bespoke contractor who turnover around £50m, working for ultra wealthy individual clients and luxury residential Investors. They specialise in the residential market and have delivered projects in excess of £30m. They are working on a super prime project in Central London, in one of the most affluent areas. The requirement is for a well rounded Senior Surveyor on a freelance basis initially for 6 months, to step in and finalise the procurement and manage all sub contractor accounts. This candidate would ideally be from a high end background, and have previous experience working on similar schemes in London.
