A leader within the Construction&Engineering sector is currently looking for a qualified (ACA/CIMA equivalent) FP&A Analyst to join their team in central London (hybrid). The business has played a key role in developing a number of well-known projects on an international level. Their innovate approach has seen their reputation grow and created new opportunities across a number of territories. Reporting to the Finance Director your responsibilities will include: Providing high-level financial reporting, analysis and business partnering to support commercial decision making across the brands and business Reviewing both new and existing projects and producing data insights across trading and costs Partnering with a variety of stakeholders to produce budgets and forecasts Producing cash&P&L analysis including month end dashboards for cost centre analysis Effective financial planning and modelling through advanced use of data analytics tools The successful candidate will be ACA/CIMA (equivalent) qualified with 1-3 years post qualified experience in a similar role. Prior industry exposure across Construction, Engineering, Property Development and Design/Architecture will be highly advantageous. You will have a proven track record in developing relationships with a variety of senior stakeholders with a natural ability to use initiative and provide solutions.
