Key Responsibilities: Teach Food Technology at Key Stage 3 and 4, ensuring lessons are creative, practical, and challenging. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that help students understand food science, nutrition, and healthy living. Inspire students to develop practical cooking skills, from basic preparation techniques to more complex recipes. Provide feedback and assessments to support student progress and achievement. Work closely with the department and school leadership to improve curriculum delivery and outcomes. Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Requirements: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK is mandatory. A strong background in Food Technology , including nutrition, cooking, and food science. Experience teaching Food Technology at Key Stage 3 and 4, with a proven track record of success in the schools of the UK. Strong communication and classroom management skills. A passion for helping students develop their skills and knowledge in food education. The ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of students with varying levels of ability.
