We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Store Manager to spearhead the opening of a brand new flagship location for a sustainable fashion brand. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the store’s operations, build a strong connection with the local community, and embody the brand's values and mission. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences, fostering community engagement, and driving business growth through innovative approaches. Key Responsibilities: Store Leadership : Manage all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient running of daily activities. Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team to deliver outstanding service and achieve performance targets. Uphold the brand's values and mission in every aspect of the store experience. Community Engagement : Establish the store as a community hub by hosting events, workshops, and collaborations that align with the brand’s ethos. Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, influencers, and organizations to create meaningful partnerships. Customer Experience : Ensure an exceptional and welcoming in-store experience for every customer. Actively listen to customer feedback and implement changes to improve service and satisfaction. Entrepreneurial Mindset : Identify and implement innovative strategies to drive store traffic and sales. Take ownership of sales targets, KPIs, and budgets, ensuring they align with the brand’s goals. Monitor market trends and adapt the store’s operations to meet evolving customer needs. Visual Merchandising and Brand Representation : Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising to reflect the brand’s aesthetic and values. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the store represents the brand authentically and consistently. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in retail management, ideally in a boutique or flagship environment. A track record of successfully hosting events or fostering community engagement. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and aligning with a mission-driven brand. Requirements: At least 3-5 years of retail management experience as an assistant store manager or above. Passion for the environment, sustainability and promoting the brand's mission.
