A growing portfolio business, known for their work in the insurance/reinsurance sector, are looking to expand their London offering by hiring a new Finance Director to oversee a transformation and lead from a UK standpoint. Required Qualifications&Experience: ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification . 10 years' experience as a Finance Director or in a senior finance role with strong leadership and management experience. Experience within the Insurance/Reinsurance sector would be a big plus Significant experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and corporate governance. Strong understanding of UK accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance. Experience in managing and growing a finance team and implementing process improvements.
