A Property Management and Lettings Agency is looking for a Finance Manager. Role and responsibilities: Responsible for managing Sales Ledger Clerk and Purchase Ledger Clerk Post all incoming rent/other payments in Xero on a daily basis Post all incoming rent payments on Residential Tenant Database on a daily basis Working with external Accountants to prepare and file Statutory Accounts and related Tax Returns Weekly Debtors and Creditors list Check Credit Card reconciliations prepared by Purchase Ledger Monthly Bank Reconciliations Monthly Client Reports, Operating reports and Intercompany Expenses reports Cash Flow Reports Process Payroll Rent Variance Analysis and Cost of Sales Analysis Provide cover for Sales Ledger Clerk and Purchase Ledger Clerk in case of absence This is a great opportunity for a Finance professional to own the Finance process, with one direct report. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Property or Real Estate and ideally have experience using Xero.
