Finance ERP Lead – Microsoft Dynamics | Inside IR35 | £650 a day | Hybrid | London Pigment Consulting is a bold, disruptive, and collaborative consultancy specialising in delivering innovative transformation across the UK Government, Defence, Transport, Utilities, and Not-for-Profit sectors. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Finance ERP Lead to join us on an interim basis. This role will be pivotal in managing the end-to-end delivery of a Finance ERP programme, from system selection through to implementation. Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics is essential, as is a proven track record of running complex programmes or projects. What You'll Be Doing: Leading the selection, design, and implementation of a Finance ERP system, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics. Collaborating with key stakeholders to define requirements, develop strategies, and ensure smooth programme execution. Driving effective communication and decision-making processes to keep the project on track. Applying your experience from similar sectors (e.g. not-for-profit, public sector) to navigate unique challenges and deliver impactful results. What We’re Looking For: Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Finance ERP systems. Significant experience running end-to-end programmes or projects, including system selection phases. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams. Experience in sectors such as not-for-profit, charities, or public service is highly desirable.
