Finance Coordinator - London, Greater London, United Kingdom Job Purpose Overseeing and coordinating all daily finance and business administration processes within the Ocean Network Express Europe and ensuring compliance with the company’s guidelines and accounting and tax regulations. Primary Job Responsibilities and Measurement 1. Accounting Responsible for accounts payable, claim submission and bank reconciliation. Review and approve invoices and claims submission, prepare weekly payments and urgent payments as and when required. Ensure the claims are submitted according to Company’s travelling and expense policies Post accounting journal entries, prepare bank reconciliation and complete relevant month-end closing processes. Maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules Provide support to other stakeholders as and when required. Liaise with internal stakeholders&external vendors for any enquiry regarding the invoice and payment status Deliverables: Accurate and Timely processing Collaboration and effective communication within Internal and external An eye for detail 2. Financial Reporting Perform data analysis and prepare summary reports when required Assist in monthly/yearly financial closing process and audit, makes sure all the accounting records are completed accurately and according to the corporate's reporting deadline Prepare monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliation Deliverables: Accurate and Timely reporting. 3. Systems&Processes Provide systems assistance to the EU countries where required to ensure correct and efficient use of financial administration systems and processes. 4. Tax Provide clerical support in the periodical/annual tax compliance work, e.g. quarterly VAT return filing, etc. 5. Experience: 1 year of relevant experience. Professional qualification: ACCA/CIMA level 1. Language skills: Good communication level.
