About The Role: An established architecture practice known for their timeless work in the heritage sector are seeking an organised and keen Finance Assistant to join their collaborative and vibrant Norwich studio. In this role you will work close with the Management Accountant, Purchase Ledger lead preparing reports, processing expenses, invoices, balance sheet reconciliation and posting transactions to SAGE 50. They’re seeking a candidate who is eager to kick start their career in finance meaning they will support you through early development, training you in all areas of finance within a busy practice. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation of month end Preparing cashflow forecasting Monthly bank reconciliation Preparing and analysing budget holder reports Posting transactions Preparing VAT returns Monitoring and processing expense claims Key Skills/Requirements: Maths and English qualification Experience using Microsoft Office Good organisational skills Strong interpersonal skills An interest in the architecture and design sector would be beneficial Strong attention to detail To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).
