DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair a diverse range of Sato Thermal Transfer and Laser printers, Print&Apply units, and specialized finishing equipment. Technical Expertise: Electrical and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Product Training: Undergo comprehensive product training to gain proficiency in Sato technologies. Customer Service: Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering timely and efficient service. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Professionalism: Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all interactions REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude. Proven experience in field service or a related technical role. Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally to European locations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with Thermal Transfer and Laser Printer technology. Knowledge of Sato products and solutions OTHER: Undertake projects and tasks as directed by Line Management subject to having the necessary competence and training, particularly with regard to health and safety issues.
