We are excited to be working with this fast-expanding creative business in their search for a Senior Commercial Counsel. This role will report into the Global Legal Director and will support and mentor more junior members of the team. This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be in the office in Central London 3 days a week. The role: Provide broad legal advice on global legal matters, including; commercial contracts, IP, DP and T&Cs Mentor several junior members of the team. Main lead for training the business on important legal matters - commercial contracts, DP and IP related matters. Keep up to date on any changes to relevant laws. Skills required: 5-8 years PQE (ideally from a leading UK law firm) Experience in private practice and inhouse. Strong commercial contracts experience. Strong international experience a must. Experience managing junior members of the team. Previous experience working in a dynamic, creative business. Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
