As the Facilities Manager, you’ll be the key to turning these properties into homes. From day one, you’ll take charge of everything from mobilising the assets to managing the daily operations that make their communities feel like a welcoming place to call home. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the resident experience, lead a team, and set the standard for what modern, community-focused living can be in the heart of London. Your Responsibilities : Lead the launch of a 427-unit scheme, setting up all essential services and operational processes. Oversee maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems with proactive scheduling. Manage external contractors for specialist repairs, ensuring compliance. Oversee the operational budget, optimise costs, and monitor financial performance. Promote a positive team culture focused on collaboration. What You’ll Bring : Proven experience in facilities management, ideally within BTR, residential, or hospitality sectors.
