Job Title: Facilities Manager Location: London Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to manage three HQ buildings in London. The primary focus of this role will be to ensure statutory compliance, back of house spaces, PPMs, Reactive maintenance, L8, and other related tasks to support the silent running of our FM delivery whilst maintaining customer experience at the heart of what you do. This role will report to the London Campus Lead Workplace Site Manager and will work closely alongside London Service Line Leads, the Contract Support&Governance Manager as well as Business Area SMEs&the wider Mitie functions e.g. finance, projects, procurement, water, fire&control etc. to ensure Operation Resilience, customer satisfaction (NPS), P&L responsibility, implementation of best practice, standardisation and consistency and continuous improvement. As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for: Assist in the monitoring of KPIs Delivering high quality service provision, challenge the status quo with a focus upon the end user experience. Identify areas for growth, whilst ensuring the Mitie Commercial Change Control process is adhered to. Work with the other Workplace Site Manager&Lead Workplace Site Manager to ensure the management of any building incident. Ensure that all facilities in the buildings are operating at peak performance levels Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors Supervise and manage a team of facilities management professionals To be successful in this position, you will have experience of working as a Building Services Manager / M&E Manager for a minimum of 5 years in a corporate setting as well as a strong understanding of Mechanical and electrical packages. You will have excellent presentation and communication skills and proficient problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure is essential as well as having the confidence to make decisive decisions and experience in meeting tight deadlines. You will have a proactive attitude, with experience of successfully delivering change, through both processes and people. You will have excellent relationship management skills and the ability to manage a team under both direct and indirect line management. In addition to this, you will have the following: NEBOSH certification IFM qualification (desirable)
