An award-winning, multi-disciplinary practice is looking for experienced Technical Project Architects with 2-5 years of expertise in RIBA Stages 4-5 using Revit on large, residentially-led projects. Key Qualifications and Skills: ARB and RIBA registered architect with at least 2 years of experience post-Part III. Proven experience as a Project Architect on medium to large-scale, mixed-use residential projects from RIBA Stages 4-6. Strong communication skills, with experience chairing design team meetings and leading client interactions. Experience managing internal project teams and coordinating with external consultants, with strong time management and project programming abilities. Advanced technical design and specification skills, along with a thorough understanding of current Building Regulations and statutory standards. High proficiency in Revit is essential.
