RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL Respected firm are looking for a Paralegal to provide a quality and comprehensive conveyancing service with a customer service focus. As part of an established team, you will have prior experience and knowledge of the entire Conveyancing process. You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running with variety of residential property matters, particularly in sales, purchases and remortgages. Essential skills Educated to degree level Completed LPC or SQE 1 Excellent written and oral communication skills Able to work to strict deadlines and in a pressurised environment Attention to detail is essential IT literate Experience Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases. Re- Mortgages and re-finances including properties in companies. Buy to Let (including Company) purchases and re-finances. Registration including companies house and Land Registry. Drafting and Filing of SDLT Returns. Experience in drafting reports on title and reports on mortgage. Dealing with replies to pre-contract enquiries. Drafting lender standard documents (e.g. mortgage deeds/guarantees).
