The Role As an Executive Search Consultant, you’ll have the autonomy to build relationships with senior stakeholders and manage high-impact searches. Based from home or our Manchester office, you’ll enjoy flexibility and independence. Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with senior leaders. Manage end-to-end executive search processes, including researching, candidate&client mapping, headhunting, negotiation, interviews, and placements. Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarking&industry trends to help support their hiring decisions. Attend industry events and network to build the brand, relationships and identify opportunities. Develop long-term relationships with senior candidates and match them to the right roles. Proactively identify and win new business opportunities a consultative approach, through research, leveraging your network and creating a tailored value propositions. Consultative and relationship-focused with strong commercial acumen. Confident communicator and networker with high emotional intelligence. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
