An exciting opportunity has come up for a Group Executive Chef to join a well established restaurant group in the beautiful city of Rotterdam, Netherlands . Casual dining brunch/ small plates concept Up to 300 covers in a busy service Multi-site operation with 2 restaurants and a centralized production kitchen Amazing career development and opportunity to work closely with owners Rota of 39 hours per week Salary according to experience of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum KPI bonus Temporary relocation package included As a Group Head Chef you must have a strong operational background (paperwork, costing, H&S, etc) in casual or casual fine dining operations, and a great understanding of breakfast/brunch menus.
