Executive Assistant to CEO - Fintech – London (Hybrid) Our client is an established, global FinTech company in the banking/insurance sector, operating in over 30 countries and having a strong international culture. We are seeking a career Executive Assistant (EA) who will provide high-level, confidential, and comprehensive support to the CEO, ensuring the CEO's office operates efficiently and effectively. The EA will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to exercise excellent judgment in a variety of situations. This role requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities and handle confidential matters with discretion. Responsibilities: Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and communications (email/phone). Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence (often confidential). Oversee special projects and conduct research. Liaise with Board members, senior management, and other stakeholders. Manage expenses and office organization. Required Skills and Qualifications: MUST: 8 years of Executive Assistant experience, supporting C-level executives. MUST: A second European language. MUST: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Proactive problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently in a GLOBAL hybrid work environment.
