Who we are Leading e-commerce Corporate Services Group Services include: Company Formation, Address Services, Company Secretarial, Law Practice, Virtual PA, Serviced Offices Customer base - 500,000 Covent Garden and Glasgow Based, 120 employees Founder/owner CEO Revenues circa £14M Profitable and growing at 20% per annum Job Summary We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant with significant experience improving the working practices of the Executives they work for by implementing innovative software solutions, to join our growing Group and support our CEO and Founder. The Group is a market leader in the company formation industry and is now diversifying into new industries, including law. As an EA, you’ll be in a valued, highly rewarding position with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic Corporate Services Group. Job responsibilities Complex diary and inbox management, managing conflicting schedules Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Streamline working practices of the CEO and other Board Directors using modern software solutions Meeting organisation and preparation of meeting materials – agendas, minute taking and following up actions Drafting correspondence on behalf of the CEO and acting as a gatekeeper where applicable Delegating administration tasks to other staff where applicable. Managing CEO's personal administration and making his life as easy as possible on a day-to-day basis Requirements Previous experience supporting at C-Suite/Managing Partner/Board level Strong knowledge of modern software solutions to improve Executives’ working practices Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and time management skills Proactive mindset with the ability to plan ahead The ability to act with discretion A flexible approach, strong business acumen with a keen interest in contributing to the Group’s success Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree Confident communicator with strong EQ and IQ are essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Remuneration and benefits 25 days annual leave, plus 8 public/bank holidays Private Medical, Dental and Optical Insurance for you and your family Employee Assistance Program 14 weeks maternity leave pay, 2 weeks paternity leave pay 2 paid Volunteering Days per year with our charity partner.
