On behalf of our client, a tech-led, award-winning company who is driving a change in the parking industry and reimagining urban mobility, we are currently looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to the Founders. About the role: We are looking for a highly organized, proactive professional to support the Co-Founders in managing their day-to-day responsibilities and maximizing their impact. Reporting directly to the Founders, this role offers the chance to work closely with the company’s leaders, providing essential administrative support and enabling seamless, efficient operations. As the company’s EA, you’ll be at the heart of their office in Croydon, UK, ensuring everything runs smoothly and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Here's what you'll do: Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Co-Founders, managing calendars, travel arrangements, minute-taking and preparing briefing materials for meetings. Personal Assistance: Streamline life management tasks to free up the Founders' time and enable them to focus more effectively on driving the business forward. Office Management: Ensure the Croydon office operates efficiently by handling office supplies, liaising with vendors, coordinating maintenance, and creating a welcoming environment for team members and guests. Event Coordination: Assist in planning company events, meetings, and off-site activities, ensuring each detail is meticulously managed for a smooth and engaging experience. Communication&Correspondence: Draft and manage professional communications on behalf of the Founders, handling correspondence with a polished, friendly tone. Project Assistance: Support the Founders and wider team in special projects, taking on tasks that range from research to creating reports and presentations. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality across all responsibilities. Relationship Building: Act as a key contact point for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships that reflect the company’s values and commitment to excellence. Who You Are: Experience: 3 years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leaders, ideally in a tech-driven, fast-growing environment. Organization&Multitasking: Impeccable organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple responsibilities with ease. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistency, knowing that the little things can make a big difference. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, and familiarity with project management tools. An aptitude for learning new tools and technologies quickly. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to draft polished, professional correspondence and represent the Founders’ voice effectively. Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a resourceful, solution-oriented mindset. Adaptability&Resilience: Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adaptable to change, and able to maintain composure under pressure. Comfort with Dogs: As the Founders bring their dogs to the office, being comfortable around dogs is essential.
