Candidates must have experience working with short-form branded content and possess a strong understanding of localisation . What You'll Do: Client Management&Delivery: Oversee video campaigns, manage client relationships, and ensure efficiency across all projects. Commercial/Profitability: Track budgets, resource allocation, and client satisfaction while staying current with industry trends. People Leadership: Guide and mentor the production team, set priorities, and provide senior-level direction within the agency. What You'll Need: Experience of working as a Senior Producer with team management experience. Proficiency in a European language (ideally native). Strong knowledge of studio/post-production processes. Ambitious with a focus on growth. Experience managing complex clients and handling budgets. Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships. A balance of creativity, organisation, and problem-solving ability.
