Job Description

Sales and Business Development Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, fleet operators, local authorities, and businesses. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for EV charging solutions. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site assessments to support sales efforts. Create and deliver tailored proposals, including technical specifications, system design, and pricing. Technical Expertise and Support Serve as a technical advisor, providing in-depth knowledge of EV charging hardware, software, and installation requirements. Conduct site surveys to assess feasibility, electrical infrastructure, and project requirements. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting to resolve client issues. Solution Design and Proposal Development Design bespoke EV charging solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Support feasibility studies, cost analysis, and return on investment (ROI) assessments for proposed solutions. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor products to provide cutting-edge solutions. Collaboration and Reporting Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and marketing, to align on client needs and project timelines. Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management. Qualifications and Skills Required Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the EV, renewables, or electrical infrastructure sectors. Strong understanding of EV charging technologies, electrical systems, and grid infrastructure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel to client sites and attend industry events as needed
