Location: South West Salary: £65,000 car allowance Position: High Voltage Electrical Estimator Fourblue has teamed up with a leading high voltage engineering company who specialise in electrical power infrastructure, grid connections, and renewable energy generation. An opportunity for a High Voltage Estimator has arisen to join the team. You’ll play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of project enquiries, from initial submission to contract award. Responsibilities of the Electrical Estimator: Managing project enquiries from initial request through to estimation, submission, clarifications, and contract award Developing detailed cost estimates and producing high-quality technical and commercial bids Conducting site surveys and attending pre-tender, post-tender, and contract meetings Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Tracking project progress through the CRM system and providing regular updates Working closely with the engineering team to ensure smooth project handovers Proactively contributing to process improvements and enhancing service delivery Criteria for the Electrical Estimator: We are seeking candidates with proven experience in the high-voltage sector, particularly in transmission, distribution, renewable energy, or associated markets. Strong technical and commercial knowledge of high-voltage infrastructure and utility networks Experience in producing cost estimates and delivering tenders for high-value projects Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Hands on experience working with an ICP, producing tenders for 33kV or 132kV networks What's on offer for you?
