Environmental&Sustainability Advisor Alexander Steele have partnered with a multi-site food manufacturing business in Northern Ireland to recruit an experienced Environmental&Sustainability Advisor. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in the achieving the environmental/sustainability initiatives set out by the group. Responsibilities: Develop and implement environmental policies, strategies, and procedures. Lead the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) programme. Ensuring all sites are complying with industry regulations and customer requirements. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives. You will prepare sustainability reports, detailing the organization's performance in areas such as greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, and waste management. Background Experience: 3 years of experience in similar roles within a food manufacturing environment. Degree qualified/IEMA certification is desirable. Strong working knowledge implementing and managing ISO 14001. A passion to drive sustainability and environmental projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
