HSEQ Manager Home Based – Travel across Midlands, North West, and Northern Region Permanent £50,000 - £55,000 plus package We are looking for an experienced Health&Safety professional to join a specialist civil engineering&highways principal contractor, to lead the Health&Safety across the Northern region across the UK. This position will report into the Head of HSEQ and will be a hands on position but also support with the implantation of the HSEQ strategy across site teams. The HSEQ (Health&Safety) Manager will be responsible for: Leading the Health&Safety team and promoting a positive health&safety culture Responsible for providing accurate data to leadership and using the data to make improvements for the future Creating and implementation of a 5 year health&safety strategy Leading on incidents and accident investigations when required. Provide expert advice and guidance to operational staff, acting as the ‘competent person’ for HSEQ The HSEQ (Health&Safety) Manager will have: 5 years' experience working in Health&Safety Previous experience working in civil engineering, highways would be desirable NEBOSH Certificate minimum, ideally working towards a Diploma or equivalent Happy to work in a home-based position with travel across a large region.
