Mane are seeking a dedicated HSE Advisor to provide critical support across multiple sites within the London Region , including travel throughout the M25 area . The ideal candidate will have experience within M&E projects. Anyone not from this background will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: Conduct fortnightly Site Inspections and Support Visits . Offer technical HSE guidance to Site Management Teams. Perform targeted checks to ensure continual improvement. Attend monthly and quarterly meetings. Support Client HSE representatives as necessary. Investigate incidents and accidents as required. Deliver in-house training for operatives and management teams (training can be provided as needed). Provide practical solutions for on-site challenges. Build trust and strong working relationships with Site Management and subcontractor teams. What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role (desirable). Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum). NEBOSH / IEMA Environmental Qualification (desirable). Current and valid CSCS / ECS / JIB card . PASMA and IPAF licenses (desirable). Skills: Excellent time management and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel and manage multiple sites. Driving Licence: A valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
