You’ll play a key role in helping these businesses train and develop young people looking for internships and work experience programmes as well as upskilling employees. Role: Take ownership of client relationships, ensuring strategy, delivery, and growth Collaborate with content, delivery, and marketing teams to maximise impact Drive account growth, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities Join a fast-growing, purpose-driven company making a real difference. Essential Experience: Experience in B2B account management, client success, or partnerships Knowledge of the Higher Education sector and student engagement strategies Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills Experience using CRM/Project Management tools (HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) A commercial mindset, with a track record of growing client accounts.
