Strategic Account Manager – Ed-tech Hybrid | London based £50k plus OTE B2B | Client Success Are you a strategic, client-focused Account Manager with a passion for managing relationships and delivering a world-class service? We’re partnering with a growing and market-leading EdTech platform, to find an exceptional Strategic Account Manager to support their enterprise clients. You’ll play a key role in helping these businesses train and develop young people looking for internships and work experience programmes as well as upskilling employees. They are a mission-led business empowering young people to make considered decisions in the world of work and careers and partner with organisations to offer virtual programmes that ultimately improve recruitment and retention of early talent. Role: Take ownership of client relationships, ensuring strategy, delivery, and growth Collaborate with content, delivery, and marketing teams to maximise impact Drive account growth, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities Join a fast-growing, purpose-driven company making a real difference. Essential Experience: Experience in B2B account management, client success, or partnerships Knowledge of the Higher Education sector and student engagement strategies Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills Experience using CRM/Project Management tools (HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) A commercial mindset, with a track record of growing client accounts.
