In this critical role, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team of engineers, directly contributing to the development and delivery of innovative customer-centric products. What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Dive deep into the codebase: Actively participate in code reviews, pair programming sessions, and technical design discussions. Drive technical excellence: Champion engineering best practices, including CI/CD, TDD, and DevOps principles. Guide the team in building scalable, resilient, and performant systems using Java, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud technologies. Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define and deliver impactful solutions. Champion innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies and architectural patterns. What You'll Need 10 years of hands-on software development experience with a strong foundation in Java and a proven track record of building and delivering successful software products. Deep understanding of modern software engineering principles, including microservices, cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization. Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide high-performing engineering teams. Passion for technology and a desire to stay current with the latest industry trends. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
