The EMEA Payroll Supervisor, will be a part of the Global Finance Shared Services organization. Is responsible for processing the End-to-End payroll for EMEA countries, with utmost confidentiality of employee records and business information of our EMEA Payroll Finance Shared Services organization. The position will also play a key role in expansion initiatives including managing the implementation of 3rd party vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance in multiple countries. You will also be a key contributor to our overall transformation on improving our current payroll processes. The priority for this role will be providing a high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders and contributing to the long-term development of the payroll function. To be successful, you will need to ensure timeliness and accurate processing of payroll inputs, work closely with the 3rd party payroll provider, communicate effectively, identify and drive continuous performance improvements projects to improve payroll accuracy, compliance, productivity and / or employee satisfaction.
