EMEA Export Operations Assistant - Rotterdam Job Title: EMEA Export Operations Assistant Location: Rotterdam - Netherlands Contract: 6 months Fixed Term with possibility of extension AB Vista, a division of AB Agri, specializes in animal nutrition, offering innovative solutions to enhance feed efficiency and overall animal performance. With operations across key markets, we’re expanding in the EMEA region and looking for a EMEA Export Operations Assistant to join our team in Rotterdam. In this role, you’ll support export and logistics operations, working with supply chain teams and partners to ensure smooth, compliant order delivery. Some key responsibilities will include: Process orders accurately on internal systems from receipt through to delivery, following company procedures and timelines. Liaise with internal suppliers and 3PLs to ensure timely dispatch of goods and achievement of OTIF (On Time In Full) targets. Manage export shipments, resolving issues promptly and constructively. Ensure export documentation is correct and complete to prevent customs delays and ensure compliance with regulations. Work closely with the EMEA Supply Chain team to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience. MBO/HBO degree minimum in Business Management, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or equivalent supply Chain experience Proficient in IT skills including MS Office applications e.g. Excel or Data analytics/reporting Skills e.g. Power BI and Tableu Understanding of supply chain management / order processing Languages skills (Fluency in English and Dutch, any additional language is a plus) About the Company We’re looking for trail-blazers, non-conformists, innovators.
