Job Description: Electrician Location: Leeds or Sheffield coverage Salary: £36,000 - £39,000 per annum Key Responsibilities: Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on social housing properties. Conduct electrical testing, inspections, and fault finding. Ensure all work is compliant with current regulations, including BS7671 and health and safety standards. Complete accurate documentation, including certification for completed works. Respond to reactive and planned maintenance requests efficiently. Communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and team members to provide high-quality service. Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation AM2 certification 2391 Testing and Inspection qualification (not essential) Proven experience working as an electrician, preferably within social housing or similar environments.
