What You’ll Be Doing As the Electrical Site Manager, you’ll take charge of on-site operations, ensuring every aspect of the project is delivered to the highest standards. Here’s what your role will involve: Managing on-site delivery and compliance with EHSQ policies, toolbox talks, RAMS, and PPE. Ensuring all relevant permits are in place and adhered to. Coordinating plant hire, tools, and labour to keep the project on track. Training and directing apprentices to manage deliveries and perform daily checks. Overseeing and managing labour, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations. Executing commissioning and close-out plans and ensuring snag lists are completed. Delivering on labour trackers and managing relevant external correspondence. Ordering day-to-day site materials and ensuring accurate updates to progress reports. Maintaining the document management system and keeping project schedules on track. Communicating any changes to the project team and producing quality reports. Overseeing testing certification and ensuring a smooth handover process. Ensuring strict compliance with EHSQ policies and procedures throughout the project. What You’ll Bring to the Team We’re looking for someone with the skills and experience to lead site operations confidently and effectively. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: A qualification as an Electrician with relevant on-site experience. Previous experience in a Site Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing and leading teams. Project management experience (beneficial but not essential). Computer literacy with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Up-to-date certifications in manual handling and safe pass.
