Pigment Consulting is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect. As our Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect you’ll lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, leveraging your deep technical and functional expertise to create scalable, user-focused CRM systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions tailored to complex business requirements. Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using .Net for portal solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications, create proof-of-concepts, and oversee solution delivery. Ensure best practices in performance optimisation, security, and scalability across the architecture. Mentor junior team members and provide strategic guidance on CRM adoption. Desired Skills: Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing). Expertise in .Net-based portal customisations, including Power Pages and Azure integrations. Strong knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) to enhance CRM workflows. Experience delivering CRM solutions for industries such as professional services, retail, or utilities. Familiarity with ALM strategies and DevOps pipelines for Dynamics 365 CE.
