The ideal candidate will have proven fit-out industry experience in the UK, a strong background in commercial office projects, leading complex projects and knowledge of the GCC market. You will drive business development and manage all pre- and post-contract functions to achieve these goals. Key Responsibilities: Building the organisational structure, developing business strategies, and creating efficient operational processes. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high-quality standards. Implementing professional supply chain management practices through a series of phased initiatives. Breaking down company strategies into actionable milestones. Managing resources and enhancing reporting systems. Integrating in-house manufacturing capabilities. Lead growth strategies, client negotiations and pricing strategies in the pre-contract stage. Enhancing project management capabilities, overseeing project execution and maintaining strong client relationships.
