Key Responsibilities Key point of contact for all matters relating to Direct/FOB deliveries, their progression and management Pro-actively ensure OTIF deliveries in liaison with all relevant parties (factory, logistics) whilst meeting the requirements of the customers Provide accurate internal tracker and planning documents alongside clear and regular communication of activities Respond to customer communications in a timely and accurate manner, whilst proactively resolving customer queries and working closely with AR to ensure invoices are paid on time Work to set KPIs Provide support and cover for other team members, documenting key account responsibilities to ensure seamless cover during absence Build relationships with internal and external customers Ensure orders are confirmed to agreed standards whilst offering professional customer service to all internal&external customers Who You Are You always strive to do a good job…but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
