The Taylor Morris Group are looking for a dynamic individual to help drive our digital marketing strategy forward and manage our Ecommerce platforms to support the growth of our DTC and B2B sales channels in line with our marketing strategies. Job Description Lead eCom growth strategy, working to our trading plans and the marketing calendar that will achieve the overall company objectives. Oversee and support on B2B marketing strategies Content development and management across all platforms Set up and overseeing digital marketing campaigns, budgets and results Overseeing development projects from brief to completion including working with our developers. Review trading performance and look for further opportunities to drive sales. Review sales on a daily basis identifying any weaknesses and propose actions to increase sales especially for slow sellers. Manage our eCom store including uploading image and video content, setting up new products in Shopify, and managing homepage content - waitlists, categories, what’s hot etc Updating information pages on the website. Monitor and report on all website KPI’s daily, weekly and monthly. Manage all website tracking and tracking platforms such as Google Analytics Monitor competitor performance - constantly researching new developments to take advantage of to improve visitor conversion rates and the customer journey. Working closely with the marketing team and in line with the marketing calendar on restock and relaunches. Ensure that the site is visually appealing at all times. Act as a product expert for new and future product launches, working closely with the product team. Be knowledgeable in all competitors, providing regular insight and recommendations. Conducting weekly site walks. Ensure that we are hitting key targets such as conversion rate. Ensure all SEO tasks such as meta information and alt tags are completed correctly. Key Skills 2 years using Shopify 2 years experience in digital marketing Strong excel skills Experience in AI Experience using GA Customer centric and with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour Driven and thrives on success. Hungry for results and information. Strong attention to detail Analytical skills with understanding of measuring stock, margins, sales and returns in a report format Proficient with ADOBE Suite
