The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our existing Learning Management System, and for creating, managing and driving processes that promote learning and equip leaders with people Digital Design Group to enable development and delivery of courses that are learner-centred and user-friendly</span></li><li><span style"font-size:14px;font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">Provide coaching and support to designers to ensure consistent instructional design principles and adult learning theory is used in developing learning content</span></li><li><span style"font-size:14px;font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">Own the account management, be the single point of contact for the interactions with Litmos (LMS supplier)</span></li><li><span style"font-size:14px;font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of the Academy system (LMS)</span></li><li><span style"font-size:14px;font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">Support the wider administration of the Academy through engagement with designated local administrators, facilitating working groups and
