Digital and Paid Social Media Manager £45,000pa Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid Role Overview Are you ready to take the lead in revolutionising digital platforms and products? As the Digital and Paid Social Media Manager, you’ll collaborate with various teams to boost membership acquisition, event bookings, sales, philanthropy, and corporate partnership income through cutting-edge digital channels. What will you be responsible for? Digital Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to ensure a seamless user experience and improved engagement. Brand Presence : Build and maintain brand across web, paid social, display ads, apps, and digital communities. Content Creation : Create and manage engaging digital content, including blog posts, articles, and multimedia. Paid Social Media : Execute and optimise paid social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion Qualifications needed to thrive in the role: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, IT, or related field. Experience in paid social media management and website/platform management. Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Proficient in data analysis, project management, and communication. Experienced with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco), Paid Social Media platforms, Microsoft Dynamics, and Microsoft Office. Desirable Experience in professional services or membership bodies. Presentation skills and volunteer collaboration experience. Knowledge of global markets.
