About the Role: As a Deal Contingent Lawyer, you will: ✅ Provide expert legal advice on deal-contingent hedging strategies across FX, interest rates, and other derivatives. ✅ Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documentation for contingent trades tied to M&A, financing, and structured transactions. ✅ Collaborate closely with internal teams (trading, risk, and compliance) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of deals. ✅ Navigate legal, regulatory, and jurisdictional challenges with precision and efficiency. ✅ Stay at the forefront of market developments, offering innovative legal solutions to drive business growth. About You: You bring: A qualification as a solicitor in England&Wales (or equivalent). 5 years of experience in derivatives, structured finance, or capital markets. A strong understanding of ISDA documentation, hedging strategies, and deal-contingent products. Exceptional analytical skills and a commercial mindset.
