The Planning Analyst will support the planning team in the efficient execution of their accountabilities on a daily, weekly and monthly cadence. Why should you join the business? Analyse and map existing planning workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for simplification. Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, pain points and goals for simplification and automation efforts. Responsible for the extraction, presentation, visualization of data for internal and external use, using a variety of tools across a range of technologies. SAP, ANALYSIS OFFICE, EXCEL, POWER BI. Engaging and understanding reporting requirements, clarify scope and identify required data. Optimise workflows that reduce complexity and improve efficiency within planning processes. Track and assess the impact of simplified and automated processes, collecting feedback for ongoing improvements. Produce and generate reports to show efficiency gains and process improvements.
