This is a critical time for them to deliver multiple projects in a short space of time. As the Digital Delivery Lead, you will manage multiple Product Owners and their teams - Quote&Buy, Claims, Renewals, My Account. You will be responsible for the priority management, customer journey optimisation, and oversee the development of digital platforms and enhancement of customer journeys.
