Customer Success Lead Location: Bath (avg. 3 days in the office per week) Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 salary (DOE) Right to work: Unfortunately this employer is unable to offer sponsorship at this time. Interv_l are working for a climate technology start-up based in Bath. As their success continues we're now looking for a sustainability professional who has previous experience helping clients measure their footprint, develop net zero strategies, then report and communicate their wins. Requirements: 1-2 years experience in a net zero position carbon footprinting inline with the GHG Protocol. This could be in a consultancy or technology business. Alternatively, you could be working as part of an inhouse team. Able and happy to commute to Bath 3 days per week on average. Comfortable working in a small team where you'll have to support other business functions from time-to-time. Degree, formal education, or equivalent working experience in sustainability Responsibilities: Onboarding customers as a subject matter expert on decarbonisation and helping them on their journey to Net Zero. Being a trusted partner to clients driving value and successful business outcomes Defining customer success plans and continually being on the lookout for opportunities to grow the account (within departments or into new departments). Proactively anticipating customer challenges and risks, and creating remedial plans to address these to avoid churn Defining, mapping and implementing customer lifecycle touch points, including business reviews, customer satisfaction surveys, reference programs, case studies, and others Collaborating and working in tandem with the Sales and Product team to orchestrate the necessary resources to foster a seamless customer experience and embed a culture of customer success.
