Role: Customer Services Team Lead Location: Birmingham Start: ASAP Salary: £32-33K We are supporting a Retail Bank who are looking for a motivated Customer Services Team Lead to help build a function from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: Will be involved in the design and build of new processes, procedures and supporting documentation Ensure prompt and accurate responses to customers questions and meet agreed SLA's Key Skills 2 years experience in Customer Services with strong leadership and team building skills Exposure to dealing with Customer Complaints across various channels; Telephony, email, social media, live chat Financial Services background and ideally Retail Banking experience Strong Stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management skills Experience of Retail Mortgages or Savings experience will be well received Experience of working within a small business previously will be advantageous Please send CV in the first instance.
