Then this role is for you As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face of the company, greeting guests at central London hotels and ensuring their London visit is unforgettable. From giving advice on must-see attractions to selling tickets for sightseeing tours, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Provide a warm, genuine welcome to guests at their hotels. Assist guests with queries and resolve any issues efficiently. Share expert knowledge about London’s attractions and experiences. Sell sightseeing tours, theatre tickets, and other experiences to enhance their stay. Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, suppliers, and other departments. Handle email inquiries and perform administrative duties (e.g., processing payments). Your Schedule Contract Period: 03 March to the end of October. Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 2 days off (includes weekends and bank holidays). Hours: 7.5-hour shifts between 05:00 and 20:00.
