Role: Customer Service Advisor Location: Colne, near Burnley Permanent Salary: £25,000-£26,00pa bonus I am recruiting for a well-established organisation in Colne who are seeking a permanent Customer Service Advisor to join their team ASAP. Key responsibilities Making outbound calls to existing business customers, providing excellent customer service and spotting opportunities Generating leads for the sales team – the main duty of your role will be to do a service review with existing customers, and look for opportunities for upsell – this will then be passed to the sales team to close the deal Developing excellent working relationships with the business customers Liaising with customers via a number of communication channels, providing prompt correspondence Discussing the company products in a knowledgeable and professional manner Keeping the company database up to date and accurate Working within a target driven environment Always providing exemplary customer service The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes: Previous experience working within a call or contact centre environment Ideally some experience working in sales or a target driven environment - this role will be targetted A motivated self-starter, who wants to pick up the phone and is ambitious and keen to make sales Positive and professional demeanour Able to work in a fast paced environment In return, you will receive: A salary of circa £25,000pa-£26,000pa Excellent company benefits Great progression opportunities as the business are growing quickly Working within a friendly and fun environment – culture is key here and the business is a fantastic place to work Interested?
