Napier Turbocharger, a Wabtec Company, has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relations Manager to join a well-established business that designs, manufactures, and tests industrial turbochargers supplied into the Power Generation, Marine, and Rail Traction industries. We are seeking a customer focused individual, who is experienced in managing and leading a group of key account managers for several high-profile OEM customers from around the glob e. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer relationships and satisfaction to ensure that Napier Turbochargers is the supplier of choice for all current and new engine platfor ms. What will your typical day look li ke? Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM clie nts.Understand and address the specific needs and concerns of custom ers.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of iss ues.Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experie nce.Analyse customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfact ion.Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and report on key performance indicat ors.Develop and execute customer service policies and procedures tailored to clie nts.Coordinate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business with existing clie nts.Prepare and present reports on customer service performance to senior managem ent. What do we want to know about you? Ideally you will hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related f ield.Proven experience in customer relations or account management, preferably within the OEM se ctor.Excellent communication and interpersonal sk ills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abili ties.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office S uite.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priori ties.Ability to lead and motivate a team.
