CUSTOMER INSIGHT MANAGER Stockport, 2 days a week on-site Up to £70,000 The Company: Joining a UK based company who provides private health and life insurance to members. They partner with business to provide this offer to employees. The Role: As a Customer Insight Manager, you will be responsible for: Provide insights into end-to-end customer journeys Gathering insights from surveys and complaints and delivering true insights Conducts or commissions research to offer valuable insights for businesses Optimising customer journeys to enhanc e advocacy, loyalty, and customer experience Analyse Voice of customer (VOC) and speech analysis Skills/Requirements: - Mentoring experience - Insight and Analytics experience - Matillion desirable -VOC and NPS experience Interview Process: 2 stage process
