Based in the Tayside&Fife area, you will play a vital role in ensuring homebuyers receive exceptional care and support following their home purchase experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team dedicated to high-quality customer service in the construction sector. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or building industry. A strong focus on Customer Service and client satisfaction. Ability to handle problem resolution efficiently and professionally. Core Responsibilities: Work closely with Customer Care Coordinators and Administrators to ensure customer appointments are attended to promptly and any required materials are sourced ahead of time. Resolve defects quickly and to a high standard, ensuring that all completed work is signed off by the customer. Complete necessary documentation, such as timesheets , to maintain accurate records. Conduct inspections of reported defects as required and provide detailed reports with photographic evidence. Submit mileage forms, SHE forms, and invoices at the end of each month. Report any recurring defects on both active and inactive sites to ensure quality control.
