Quantitative Crypto Trader Location: London A global quantitative investment firm is seeking a skilled researcher to join its crypto strategies team. The organisation specialises in systematic investing, driven by technology and data, operating across liquid asset classes globally. Role Highlights: Develop advanced crypto trading signals on multiple exchanges. Oversee trading strategies, performance, and associated risks. Utilise large-scale data sets to identify statistical trends and opportunities. Lead end-to-end strategy development, from signal generation to execution. Collaborate with global researchers, technologists, and traders to enhance processes. Monitor and refine signals and models over time to ensure performance. Key Qualifications: Proven experience in designing and implementing successful systematic crypto strategies. Minimum of two years in a quantitative finance or related industry role. Advanced academic background in a quantitative discipline (e.g., mathematics, statistics, or engineering). Expertise in statistics, machine learning, or AI techniques is highly valued. Strong programming skills (Python preferred; C++ advantageous). Familiarity with crypto datasets, DeFi, or latency-sensitive strategies is a plus.
