Job Title: CRM Executive – 6 Month FTC Salary Range: £28,000 - £35,000 Location: London / Hybrid Role Overview: Our client is on the lookout for a CRM Executive to join their dynamic Customer and Marketing team. This pivotal role will be responsible for managing email campaigns from start to finish, including briefing, asset management, and quality assurance. The CRM Executive will Traffic email campaigns through the business, ensuring timely briefing, correct assets, and campaign sign-off. Manage the database for email campaign briefs and updates. Build and segment email customer lists using Iterable, ensuring exclusions are properly managed. Create email templates using a drag-and-drop editor in Iterable. Conduct QA to ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, URLs, and targeting. Report on key campaign performance metrics to drive continual improvement. Essential Skills: The CRM Executive will need Experience in email marketing campaign management, with familiarity using Iterable or similar platforms. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard. Proficiency in creating and managing customer segments, with a keen eye for data accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for campaign briefings and reporting.
